Thank you for supporting NOK GEAR. We appreciate every order and do our best to get your gear out as quickly as possible.

# Order Processing

Many NOK GEAR apparel items are made-to-order through our fulfillment partners, including Printful. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on product availability, printing times, and order volume.

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days, but some orders may take longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Special-order items, electronics, bows, batteries, and partner products may ship separately and may require additional processing time.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, NOK GEAR is not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

# Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on the products ordered and fulfillment locations.

Apparel fulfilled through Printful may ship separately from other products including bows, electronics, batteries, or partner products.

# Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

# Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

NOK GEAR is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

# Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

NOK GEAR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at nokgearusa@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

# Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue
- photos of the packaging

We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

# International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges associated with international orders.

NOK GEAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
