Returns & Refunds

We want you stoked on your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Apparel Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Gear & Electronics

Certain gear items including bows, batteries, power stations, electronics, and special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee if returned. Any applicable fees are based on supplier and processing costs.

Returned gear must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Reach out and we’ll help however we can based on available inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we’ll get it handled.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Used or damaged products
• Worn or washed apparel

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
